Governing Law and Jurisdiction

The Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria without regards to its conflict of law rules, and any disputes arising out of or in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Nigeria.
